LET'S WORK

Valerie is a coach and trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness world. With her training origins in pre and post natal fitness in 2008, she has since worked extensively and hands on in strength and conditioning, mobility, sports performance, running, rowing (ergometer), and corrective exercise.  

Valerie is an active member of the racing community, participating in run events ranging from 5k to 50k, as well as obstacle course racing, and Hyrox competitions.

Valerie started her career in pre-clinical studies doing in-vivo pharmacology for endocrine disorders, metabolic diseases, and cardiovascular disease. In short, she knows the science.  

Val delivers evidence based programming that is designed with progressive overload and tailored to an individual’s proficiencies, and set goals.

Valerie’s has several certifications but the primary certifications include Certified Personal Trainer (American Council of Exercise) and Sports Performance Nutrition Coaching (Precision Nutrition).
